Big Lies is an expansive sensory experience that amplifies the character of the original Bright Lies into a formidable Triple IPA. The aroma is a saturated bouquet of tropical fruit, led by ripe mango and passion fruit, supported by sharp grapefruit zest and a hint of resinous pine. Despite the 9.5% ABV, the malt profile remains clean and unobtrusive, providing a lean foundation of light cracker and neutral grain. The palate is dominated by intense hop oils and a firm bitterness that avoids harshness, leading to a remarkably dry finish with a smooth, integrated alcohol warmth and a lingering, citrus-forward aftertaste.

Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves consistent lacing. It shows a soft, modern haze consistent with its intensified hopping rate.

Aroma. Intensity is high, featuring a prominent hop character of mango, pineapple, and citrus. Malt is neutral and supportive in the background. The fermentation profile is clean with a well-integrated, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. Initial impression is a massive hop saturation of tropical and citrus flavors. Bitterness is high but polished, never becoming astringent. It features a clean, soft malt character and a medium-dry finish that emphasizes a lingering, hoppy bitterness. Low esters and a clean alcohol flavor round out the profile.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, almost creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate to medium-high. There is a noticeable but restrained and smooth alcohol warmth, providing a pleasant glow without harshness.
