Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber (8-10 SRM). Clear with a medium-sized, white, persistent head and fine lacing.
Aroma. High intensity. Dominant tropical fruit notes of fresh pineapple, mango, and passion fruit. Supporting hop character of citrus zest and a hint of earthy resin. Low, clean, grainy maltiness with a neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial burst of tropical fruit juice followed by grapefruit and berry-like hop flavors. Medium-high hop bitterness provides a firm structure. Malt character is low and bready, allowing the fruit and hops to dominate. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering, clean, hoppy bitterness.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Moderate to high carbonation. Very low, smooth alcohol warmth. No harshness or astringency.
