This Hazy IPA, a collaboration between Brew York and Blech.Brut, presents a vibrant sensory profile defined by an intense trio of hops. Azacca delivers bold hits of mango and citrus, while Harlequin introduces distinct notes of pineapple and passion fruit. These are complemented by the subtle, sweet honeydew and strawberry qualities of Huell Melon. The pour is characteristically opaque with a soft, glowing hue. On the palate, a lush, bready malt base supports the massive fruit character, leading to a smooth finish with restrained bitterness. The 7.2% ABV provides a gentle, well-integrated warmth that enhances the overall juicy, fruit-forward impression.

Appearance. 4-6 SRM. Hazy to opaque straw-gold with a dense, rocky, white meringue-like head that shows high retention and leaves persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring ripe mango and bright citrus from Azacca, tropical pineapple from Harlequin, and a unique honeydew melon sweetness from Huell Melon. Low bready, grainy malt and clean, slightly estery fermentation character in the background.

Taste. Massive tropical and citrus fruit flavors dominate the initial impression. Azacca and Harlequin provide layers of mango, orange, and pineapple, while Huell Melon adds a soft, sweet melon character. Bitterness is low-medium and exceptionally smooth, never harsh. The finish is soft and off-dry with a lingering fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture and smooth mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation and a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth consistent with its strength. No astringency or raw starch texture.
