This West Coast-inspired German Pils balances traditional European crispness with a bold American hop profile. A foundation of clean, crackery malt provides a lean backdrop for expressive aromas of bright citrus and fresh pine needles, accompanied by a subtle resinous depth and a faint floral edge. While built on a classic lager base, the hop intensity is amplified, delivering an assertive bitterness that cuts through the palate. The finish is remarkably dry and snappy, leaving a lingering, clean bitterness that invites another sip. It is a vibrant, clear-headed lager that marries old-world technique with modern West Coast attitude.

Appearance. Brilliant straw-gold (2-4 SRM) with a dense, creamy white head that exhibits excellent retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring bright lemon zest, grapefruit, and fresh pine resin, layered over a subtle floral backdrop. Low grainy-sweet, crackery malt character provides a clean base with no fermentation byproducts.

Taste. Initial impression of crisp, crackery malt is rapidly overtaken by a firm, assertive hop bitterness. Flavors of citrus peel and resinous pine dominate the mid-palate. The balance is decidedly bitter, leading into a very dry, snappy finish with a clean, lingering hop-derived aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderately high, contributing to a sharp, lively sensation. Very low alcohol warmth.
