A base of Extra Pale Malts provides a crisp, light golden foundation, while a calculated addition of Caramalt introduces a delicate, honey-like sweetness that tempers the assertive hop character. The profile is defined by vibrant aromatics of lemon zest and grapefruit, which transition into a palate featuring resinous pine and sharp citrus. The finish is notably clean and dry, allowing the citrus-driven bitterness to linger elegantly on the palate.

Appearance. Light golden (6 SRM) with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves consistent lacing. The beer is clear, though it may display a very faint, hop-derived haze.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring bright lemon, grapefruit peel, and resinous pine. A low, clean, grainy maltiness from the extra pale base is detectable, supported by a faint hint of caramel sweetness. The fermentation profile is exceptionally clean.

Taste. The initial impression is hop-dominant, leading with zesty grapefruit and lemon flavors. A secondary layer of resinous pine follows, supported by a light, grainy malt backbone and a touch of caramel toastiness. Bitterness is medium-high but remains clean and well-balanced. The finish is dry with a lingering citrus and hoppy aftertaste.
