Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper (6-14 SRM) with a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head that leaves significant lacing. Clarity is good, though a slight haze is present due to the heavy dry-hop additions.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of tropical pineapple, sweet melon, and citrusy orange, backed by a resinous, dank character. Malt is low and neutral, providing a light grainy background. Fermentation is clean with very low fruity esters.
Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of American hop flavor, echoing the orange, melon, and pineapple from the aroma. Bitterness is high and firm but lacks harshness. The malt flavor is low and supportive, offering a clean, soft cracker-like base. It concludes with a medium-dry finish and a lingering, resinous, and fruity hop aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture from hop oils. Carbonation is moderate-high. A restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is present without being solventy or hot. No significant hop-derived astringency.
