Divernaut presents a vibrant hop profile that defies its low-alcohol nature, delivering the full sensory punch of a modern American IPA. A complex aromatic bouquet is led by the crisp stonefruit notes of Amarillo and El Dorado, supported by the resinous depth and piney undertones of Simcoe. On the palate, the strategic addition of Citra, Galaxy, and Mosaic provides an explosive citrussy freshness and tropical fruit layers. Despite the light body, it maintains a refreshing character with a clean, dry finish, ensuring that the nuanced interplay of these specific New World hops remains the undeniable focal point of every sip.

Appearance. Medium gold with a slight, hazy shimmer (SRM 6); features a medium-sized white head with good persistence and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent peach and apricot from the stonefruit-forward hops, backed by grapefruit zest and a hint of resinous pine. A low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a subtle background, while fermentation remains neutral and clean.
