This modern Double IPA is a sensory showcase of tropical intensity, driven by the innovative use of Cryo Pop and Sabro hops. The aroma erupts with a complex bouquet of ripe mango, stone fruit, and a distinct creamy coconut undertone characteristic of the Sabro variety. The palate follows suit, delivering an explosion of juicy pineapple and citrus zest balanced by a firm yet smooth bitterness that defines the style. Despite its 8.5% ABV, the beer remains remarkably drinkable, supported by a clean, neutral malt backbone that allows the hops to remain the undisputed protagonist from the first sip to the lingering, resinous finish.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (7–9 SRM). Large, creamy, off-white head with excellent persistence and intricate lacing. Clear to slightly hazy.

Aroma. Intense hop-forward bouquet dominated by tropical notes of ripe mango, papaya, and a distinct coconut and cream character. Background notes of citrus peel and stone fruit are supported by a faint, neutral, grainy malt sweetness. Fermentation is clean with very low fruity esters.

Taste. Immediate impact of tropical fruit, specifically pineapple and passion fruit, followed by a secondary layer of cedar and coconut. High hop bitterness is present but smooth and well-integrated, never becoming harsh. The malt provides a soft, bready foundation that fades into a medium-dry, lingering finish of resinous hops.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate to high, providing a refreshing prickle. A gentle, well-contained alcohol warmth is present, commensurate with its strength, without any hop-derived astringency.
