This American IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience centered on the harmonious pairing of Cascade and Vista hops. Expect a complex bouquet of white peach, tangerine, and subtle honeydew melon. Appearance. Medium gold to light amber in color (7-10 SRM). Features a medium-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing and a clear, brilliant presentation.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent grapefruit, floral blossoms, and stone fruit like peach, supported by hints of melon. A low, clean, grainy-sweet malt character provides a neutral background with a very clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with intense flavors of citrus zest and ripe tangerine. A medium-high bitterness is well-integrated with a low, supportive grainy maltiness. The fermentation is clean, leading to a dry, crisp finish with a lingering hop-bitter aftertaste of pine and grapefruit.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth texture and medium-high carbonation. There is a very light, smooth alcohol warmth and no perceptible astringency or harshness.
