Irantzu is a classic Belgian Tripel that balances power with elegance. This 8.8% ale pours a deep golden hue, emitting a complex bouquet of peppery phenols and vibrant citrus esters reminiscent of orange peel and lemon. The yeast-driven profile is supported by a soft, honey-like malt character that transitions into a firm, spicy bitterness. Despite its strength, the beer remains remarkably drinkable thanks to a high carbonation level and a bone-dry finish. Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber with brilliant clarity. Features a thick, long-lasting, rocky white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass. Highly effervescent with visible rising carbonation.

Aroma. High intensity and complex. Dominant spicy, peppery, and light clove-like phenols blend with moderate fruity esters of orange and lemon. A light, honey-like grain sweetness provides a malt backbone, while soft, floral hops and a hint of spicy alcohol add further layers.
