This Double IPA delivers an intense sensory experience, defined by a massive aromatic profile driven by Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe hops. The nose is dominated by layers of ripe tropical fruit, bright citrus zest, and resinous pine. On the palate, a sturdy and complex malt backbone provides the necessary weight to support a powerful, assertive bitterness. While the malt contribution is robust, it remains clean and grainy, allowing the hop character to remain the focal point. The finish is dry and lingering, expertly balancing the high alcohol content with aggressive hopping and a smooth, warming sensation characteristic of the style.

Appearance. Deep gold to light copper color (8–12 SRM) with good clarity. Features a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High to intense hop aroma featuring prominent notes of mango, blueberry, and stone fruit from Mosaic, grapefruit and lime from Citra, and a resinous, piney depth from Simcoe. Low supportive bready malt in the background; clean fermentation with a subtle, smooth alcohol note.

Taste. Strong hop flavors of citrus, tropical fruit, and pine needles. The malt flavor is supportive and clean with light toasted notes. Very high bitterness that is firm but not harsh, balanced by the 8.5% ABV strength. Finishes dry to medium-dry with a long, resinous, and fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture. Carbonation is moderate to medium-high. A noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without being solventy or hot.

Doble IPA potente en todos los sentidos, con un poderoso amargor soportado por una potente mezcla de maltas.
Vista: color ambar anaranjado, espuma densa, blanca y de gran persistencia. Olfato: A pesar de la potencia de las maltas en nariz predomina totalmente la mezcla de lúpulos mosaic, citra y simcoe. Gusto: en boca el elevado amargor se sujeta con el sabor de las maltas.
