Brekeriet Lilac is a vibrant Straight Sour Beer that captures the essence of a Swedish spring. Brewed with fresh lilac flowers hand-picked in Skåne, it presents an enchanting floral perfume that intertwines with a sharp, clean lactic sourness. A foundation of crackery pale malts supports bright esters of lemon and tart green apple. The 6.5% ABV provides a subtle structure to the light, effervescent body, leading to a crisp, bone-dry finish. This artisanal sour highlights the delicate, aromatic elegance of the lilac blossoms against a refreshing, acidic backdrop, resulting in a sophisticated and deeply aromatic botanical ale.
