Red wine barrel aging contributes structural tannins and vinous depth, while the fermentation profile ensures the finish is bone dry. Appearance. Deep ruby to dark purple-magenta hue; pours with a thin, light pinkish-violet head that dissipates relatively quickly; slight haze present from the fruit and wild culture.
