Shadow Boxing is a decadent Imperial Stout that commands attention with its intense fusion of dark, roasted foundations and lush fruit adjuncts. The aroma is dominated by a triple addition of strawberry, presenting a thick, jammy goodness that melds seamlessly with notes of bittersweet chocolate and espresso. On the palate, the deep complexity of scorched grain and cocoa is softened by a pronounced sweetness and a velvet-smooth vanilla finish. At eleven percent alcohol, it provides a substantial, comforting warmth tailored for winter sipping. This is a viscous, dessert-forward expression of the style where the fruit intensity and malt depth achieve a harmonious, indulgent balance.

Appearance. Jet black and opaque (SRM 40+); produces a dense, deep tan head with moderate retention and visible oily legs against the glass reflecting high viscosity.
