Inspired by the tradition of Bamberg, this Smoked Helles artfully bridges the gap between a refreshing Munich Helles and a nuanced Rauchbier. The sensory experience is defined by the gentle integration of beechwood smoked malt, which imparts a subtle, savory campfire aroma without overwhelming the base beer’s delicate profile. A foundation of grainy, sweet pilsner malt provides a soft, rich palate that remains easy-drinking and approachable. The finish is notably crisp and clean, featuring a pleasant carbonation that scrubs the palate. It is a harmonious lager where the smoky depth enhances the malt sweetness, resulting in a sophisticated yet highly sessionable profile.
