Taste. Initial impression is of rich, dark chocolate and sweet cream. The malt profile is toasty rather than burnt, with flavors of cocoa and roasted nuts. Moderate bitterness provides balance against the high residual sweetness from the lactose. The finish is lingering and smooth, featuring a toasty dark chocolate aftertaste.
