This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant, modern profile driven by a specialized blend of thiol-enriched hops and a unique yeast strain. The result is a saturated bouquet of passion fruit and guava that jumps out of the glass. On the palate, a soft, bready malt base provides a velvety canvas for layers of ripe mango and zesty citrus. The unconventional brewing process emphasizes juicy depth over sharp bitterness, leading to a smooth, off-dry finish. Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous shine. Topped with a medium, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by intense tropical notes of passion fruit, guava, and grapefruit. Background malt is low and lightly bready. Fermentation esters are fruity and supportive, contributing hints of peach and pear without clashing with the hop profile.

Taste. High tropical fruit flavor featuring pineapple and citrus zest. The malt presence is low and cracker-like, providing a clean foundation.
