Brasserie Thiriez Blonde is a rustic, French Flanders interpretation of a Saison, defined by its piquant character and spicy champagne elegance. The aroma is forward and fearless, leading with an earthy, slightly wild yeast profile and a bracing rush of whole fresh hops. These continental hop notes offer a sophisticated floral and spicy complexity that beckons the palate. On the tongue, a grainy malt backbone supports vibrant citrus esters and a peppery snap. It finishes exceptionally dry and thirst-quenching, embodying a sophisticated yet excitingly rough farmhouse spirit that bridges the heritage of French and Belgian brewing traditions.
