Appearance. Pale straw-yellow (SRM 3) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a moderate, fluffy white head showing fair retention and leaving light lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Low to moderate intensity. Prominent light, grainy-sweet, and crackery malt aroma, perfectly clean. Complemented by low to medium hop notes of fresh citrus zest and a delicate wildflower floral character. Clean fermentation profile with no yeast-derived esters.
Taste. Initial impression is of soft, grainy-sweet, and slightly bready malt flavor. Very low hop bitterness (10 IBU) keeps the balance soft but clean. Light hop flavors of lemon peel and fresh floral notes emerge in the mid-palate. Finishes dry, crisp, and clean with a brief, refreshing aftertaste of light malt and a touch of floral hops.
