Appearance. Pale straw color (2–3.5 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a bright white, frothy head that has low persistence and leaves minimal lacing.
Aroma. Low intensity aroma. Subtle grainy and sweet corn-like notes dominate the malt profile, accompanied by a very light, clean floral hop character and a neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial impression is crisp and neutral. Moderate-low grainy malt and corn flavors provide a touch of perceived sweetness, balanced by low bitterness. A clean, dry finish is punctuated by a slight mineral saltiness that refreshes the palate. Hop flavor is very low and floral.
Mouthfeel. Light to medium-light body with very high carbonation providing a prickly carbonic bite. Very refreshing with a smooth texture and no alcohol warmth.
