Appearance. Straw to light golden (3–5 SRM). Intensely hazy and opaque with a luminous shine. Persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and heavy lacing.
Aroma. High intensity. Explosive tangerine citrus and tropical fruit aromatics are balanced by a fresh pine needle resin. Clean, grainy-sweet malt in the background with subtle fruity fermentation esters.
Taste. High fruit-forward impact featuring juicy mango and tangerine. Hop flavors of pine and citrus from the Centennial and Crystal hops are prominent. Low bready malt flavor. Low to moderate bitterness that is soft and well-integrated. Finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering citrus aftertaste.
