This Hazy IPA presents a luminous, opaque gold appearance, pouring with a dense, meringue-like white head. A collaborative effort between La Fosse and Siboire, the beer highlights a creative selection of HBC 1019, Southern Cross, and NZ Cascade hops to drive a punchy, juicy profile. Intense aromas of peach gummies and candied limes lead the sensory experience, supported by a soft, pillowy mouthfeel derived from flaked grains. On the palate, a balanced sweetness amplifies the tropical and citrus stone fruit notes, while a restrained bitterness ensures high drinkability. The finish is exceptionally smooth, leaving a lingering impression of lush, sun-ripened fruit and zest.
Appearance. Pale gold (4-5 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze providing a vibrant shine. Topped by a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and delicate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring distinct notes of peach gummies and candied limes. Secondary layers of tropical passionfruit and crushed citrus zest are present, backed by a neutral, lightly bready malt character and clean fermentation esters.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma, led by succulent stone fruit and bright, candied lime. Low, cracker-like malt flavor provides structure. Perceived bitterness is moderate to low, masked by the soft texture. The finish is off-dry and smooth with a clean, fruit-driven aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably silky, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate, providing a gentle lift. Well-integrated light alcohol warmth with no hop astringency or harshness.

Quasi unanimement, les 10 participants à la sélection ont choisi de combiner les houblons HBC1019, Southern Cross et NZ Cascade. Le résultat est hallucinant : ça goûte les jujubes aux pêches avec une délicate touche de lime confite, c’est du bonbon! En plus, c’est délicat, soyeux et extrêmement agréable en bouche.
