Taste. Bold initial impression of tart berries; the Cassis and Framboise provide depth while the Groseille adds a zesty bite. The mid-palate reveals a smooth, sweet layer of vanilla and lactose that rounds off the sharp acidity. Malt is neutral and supportive. Negligible hop bitterness. The finish is lingering and fruity, maintaining a sweet-tart balance reminiscent of a berry coulis.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable creaminess and thick, coating texture from the lactose and fruit solids. Moderate carbonation provides a necessary lift to the density. Very low alcohol warmth; smooth with a minor, refreshing fruit-derived astringency.
