Liquid Sunshine is a bright and refreshing Wild Specialty Beer that balances vibrant tropical fruit with nuanced spice. The aroma is dominated by juicy pineapple and sharp lime zest, accented by the unique floral and grapefruit-like qualities of Timut pepper. A light lactic tartness provides a clean backbone, while the wild fermentation adds a subtle, rustic complexity. On the palate, the pineapple presents as a dry, fermented essence rather than sugary sweetness, harmonizing with the zesty lime and a lingering, peppery finish. At 4% ABV, it is exceptionally crisp and lively, emphasizing fruit-forward gourmandise without overwhelming acidity.

Appearance. Pours a hazy, pale straw-yellow with a bright white, fizzy head that dissipates quickly. Minimal lacing is observed, typical of acidic wild ales.

Aroma. High intensity of tropical pineapple and fresh lime juice. The Timut pepper contributes distinct notes of pink grapefruit and floral spice. A moderate lactic tartness is present, accompanied by very light earthy funk from the wild fermentation.

Taste. Initial impression is sharply refreshing with a burst of acidic lime and dry pineapple. The Timut pepper provides a mid-palate complexity with floral and woody spice. Hop bitterness is absent, and the finish is bone-dry and clean with a lingering citrus zest aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Light-bodied with high, spritzy carbonation that enhances the perceived acidity. No alcohol warmth is detected. A very slight peppery tingle provides a unique textural element without astringency.
