This Hazy IPA delivers an electric sensory profile led by the solo performance of Krush and Krush Cryo hops. Idaho 7 in the whirlpool provides a foundational layer of stone fruit and resin. The result is a vibrant explosion of citrus and tropical fruit, specifically highlighting ripe peach and pineapple notes. A soft, grainy malt base supports the intense dry-hop character without adding cloying sweetness. Its juicy nature defines the experience, leaving a persistent, fruity resonance on the palate like a catchy refrain. Accessible at 6% ABV, it balances high aromatic intensity with a smooth, approachable finish typical of the New England style.
Appearance. Luminous straw-gold to light orange (4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that provides a characteristic shine. Topped by a dense, rocky, white meringue-like head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by stone fruit peach and tropical notes. Significant citrus zest and a hint of resin. Malt is subtle, presenting as clean, grainy, and lightly bready. Fermentation character is neutral, allowing the hop-derived esters to lead.
