This modern American IPA delivers a sharp, high-intensity sensory experience reminiscent of classic West Coast profiles. The hop trio of Mosaic, Columbus, and Simcoe drives a complex aromatic profile of pungent resin and bright citrus. On the palate, the experience is defined by a bracing, long-lasting bitterness and a clean, dry finish that emphasizes hop character over malt sweetness. Expect assertive notes of pine and grapefruit, supported by a subtle, grainy malt backbone. It is a crisp, vibrant beer that balances intense aromatics with a firm, moonwalk-worthy bitterness that lingers pleasantly on the tongue.

Appearance. Medium gold to light amber (SRM 7-9). Brilliant clarity with a persistent, off-white, frothy head leaving significant lacing.
