Aroma. High intensity lactic sourness leads with dominant notes of fresh lemon and tart green apple. A bready, crackery malt character provides depth, while floral honey notes and moderate fruity esters of stone fruit add complexity. No hop aroma is present.
Taste. The initial impression is one of clean, sharp lactic sourness. A noticeable bready and grainy malt flavor from the multi-grain blend supports the lemony acidity. Despite the honey addition, the finish is off-dry to dry, featuring lingering tartness and faint floral notes. Hop bitterness is undetectable, ensuring a focus on the crisp, acidic balance.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high, prickly carbonation that accentuates the tartness. It possesses a crisp acidity and a refreshing finish with no alcohol warmth or astringency.
