Dorata ed opalescente con abbondante schiuma bianca e persistente.
Poco corposa e molto dissetante con note gustative fresche e speziate. Leggermente orientata sugli agrumi (limone, cedro) e sulle spezie (coriandolo) con persistenza aromatica discreta. La rifermentazione in bottiglia non fa risaltare come in altri prodotti le note speziate, che rimangono sempre molto dolci e ben bilanciate ai sapori amarognoli di agrumi.
Apprezzata per il basso tenore alcolico e le virtù dissetanti.
