The influence of El Dorado hops is immediately apparent, offering lush notes of ripe pineapple and sweet melon, which are sharpened by the bright, citrusy punch of Citra. A refreshing undercurrent of lime zest and tropical fruit from the Motueka hops provides a crisp edge. Beneath this layered hop display, a clean foundation of neutral, bready malt ensures balance and high drinkability. Appearance. Pale golden (approx. 6 SRM). Moderate white head with good retention and light lacing. Generally clear to slightly hazy, reflecting modern craft interpretation.
