The master brewers at Brasserie Caulier have crafted a lighter, more approachable counterpart to their flagship Triple, leaning into the elegant grainy-sweetness of Pils malt. The aroma is a sophisticated blend of lemon and orange citrus esters, underpinned by a delicate peppery phenolic spice typical of Belgian Abbey-type yeast strains. On the palate, a soft honey-like sweetness transitions into a medium-dry, crisp finish, supported by a moderate bitterness that ensures a clean, balanced, and brilliantly smooth experience.
Appearance. Deep yellow to deep gold (5–6 SRM). Generally very clear with a large, dense, and creamy white head that exhibits excellent retention and classic Belgian lacing.
