Aromas of damp hay, aged oak, and wild funk are brightened by the honeyed, musky perfume of the blossoms. Mid-palate reveals low bready malt and mineral-like complexity. Hop bitterness is undetectable, as acidity provides the structural balance. The finish is exceptionally dry and crisp with a lingering floral and funky aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a noticeable tart, puckering quality on the tongue. Carbonation is moderate, providing a lively prickle that enhances the floral top notes. No alcohol warmth is perceived.
