This vibrant Saison presents a beautiful marriage of traditional farmhouse character and modern fruit expression. The hallmark of this expression is the distinct aroma of white peach, which provides a lush, stone fruit core. This sweetness is masterfully countered by the inclusion of rye, lending a rustic, peppery spice that dances alongside the Belgian yeast’s natural black pepper phenols. Effervescent and bright, the beer transitions from its fruity opening to a signature bone-dry finish.
