Brasserie Atrium’s Dear Santa is a decadent Imperial Stout that pours jet black with a dense, mocha-colored head. The sensory journey is dominated by rich layers of bittersweet chocolate and roasted malt, reminiscent of espresso and cocoa powder. The addition of cranberries provides a sharp, bright counterpoint to the heavy, velvety malt base, introducing a pleasant tartness and dark fruit complexity. At 12% ABV, the beer exhibits a significant, smooth warmth that integrates with notes of plum and black currant.
