This Belgian Tripel offers a modern interpretation of the monastic tradition, delivering a potent 9% alcohol strength with a remarkably sugar-free, bone-dry finish. A deep blond pour supports a dense, rocky foam, releasing an aromatic bouquet where honey-like malt meets vibrant mango and citrus notes from the addition of five distinct hops. Subtle nuances of wet hay and grassy undergrowth add earthy depth to the spicy yeast profile. The palate is defined by a smooth alcohol entry that transitions into a firm, persistent bitterness and lively effervescence, ensuring this deceptively light-bodied ale remains refreshing despite its significant complexity and lingering fruit character.

Appearance. Deep blond color (approximately 6 SRM) with excellent clarity and natural effervescence; features a dense, long-lasting, creamy white head that leaves characteristic Belgian lacing.

Aroma. High aromatic intensity featuring a complex blend of spicy, peppery phenols and moderate citrus esters; prominent notes of mango and citrus hops are supported by a soft, honey-like malt backdrop and a hint of wet hay.

Taste. Initial impressions of soft malt and honeyed sweetness quickly give way to a bone-dry, sugar-free profile; flavorful citrus and tropical mango hop notes are balanced by a firm bitterness (30-40 IBU range).
