This modern German Pils from Liège balances continental tradition with a vibrant American hop punch. A base of pure pilsner malt provides a clean, grainy, and slightly doughy canvas for the 'C' hops to shine. The aroma is led by the citrus and pine of Cascade and Chinook, supported by the resinous depth of Columbus and the floral lift of Centennial. On the palate, a crisp, cracker-like maltiness is immediately met by a firm, assertive bitterness that lingers into a bone-dry finish. Effervescent and refreshing, Field {C} reimagines the classic pale lager with a bold, contemporary aromatic profile.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3 SRM); brilliant clarity; persistent, creamy white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Moderately high intensity featuring notes of grapefruit, pine resin, and soft floral tones from the Cascade, Chinook, Columbus, and Centennial blend. Low grainy-sweet malt character, reminiscent of fresh crackers or dough. Clean fermentation profile with no discernible esters.

Taste. Initial impression of crisp, grainy malt quickly superseded by a firm, clean bitterness. Hop flavors of citrus zest and resinous pine are prominent. The finish is bone-dry and refreshing, with a lingering, pleasant bitterness and a hint of flinty minerality.
