This decadent Imperial Stout offers a sensory homage to the classic American sandwich, blending savory toasted peanut butter with indulgent marshmallow crème. On the nose, intense notes of bittersweet chocolate and dark roast are softened by a distinct nutty richness and sugary vanilla sweetness. The palate follows suit, delivering a velvety, full-bodied experience where deep malt complexity meets the creamy, toasted character of the fluffernutter inspiration. Subtle dark fruit esters peek through the roast, balanced by a firm bitterness that prevents the marshmallow from becoming cloying. A smooth alcohol warmth rounds out the finish, lingering alongside echoes of cocoa and savory nuttiness.

BRASS CASTLE BREWERY - The idea of Brass Castle was born in a Manhattan apartment and on the brewhouse floor of Triumph Brewing in Princeton, amidst the US craft beer revolution. Brass Castle is firmly established in Malton, North Yorkshire, with customers around the UK and overseas. We love what we do, and we’re very grateful to be cheered on our way by our local community. Like any small brewery, we’re bursting at the seams and could always do with more space. Brass Castle has recently begun developing kombucha recipes to join the beer line-up and we would very much like to enhance our Taphouse with food offerings and more space for community events.
