This atypical Belgian Tripel presents a sophisticated sensory profile defined by its unique three-grain bill. The aroma offers a seamless bouquet of peppery phenols and citrusy esters, reminiscent of fresh orange peel and soft clove. On the palate, a delicate, honey-like malt sweetness from the Pilsner base and additional grains is quickly balanced by firm bitterness and a remarkably dry finish. Effervescent and bright, it masks its strength with grace. The interaction between the spicy yeast character and the subtle, grainy depth of the multiple grains creates a multi-layered experience that remains crisp, refreshing, and highly drinkable despite the elevated alcohol content.
