Just Peachy is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases the distinctive Peacharine hop variety, delivering a profile saturated with sun-ripened stone fruit. It pours with a luscious, glowing opacity, immediately releasing an intense bouquet of ripe peach, nectarine, and bright citrus. The palate is dominated by these succulent fruit notes, supported by a soft, bready malt base. Its medium-full body provides a plush, velvety mouthfeel that carries saturated hop oils across the tongue with restrained bitterness. A gentle alcohol warmth integrates seamlessly, leading to an off-dry finish that leaves a lingering impression of tropical fruit juice and fresh orchards.
Appearance. Pale gold (5 SRM) with a deep, uniform haze providing a luminous shine. It is crowned by a dense, meringue-like white head that exhibits excellent persistence and leaves intricate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward nose featuring prominent ripe peach, nectarine, and apricot aromas from the Peacharine hops. Background notes of sweet citrus zest and tropical mango are supported by a clean, lightly bready malt character and subtle fruity esters.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor of fresh peaches and nectarines. Malt flavors are low and neutral, providing a soft, doughy foundation. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft body. The fermentation profile is clean and fruity, finishing off-dry with a smooth, lingering hop saturation and no harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth, soft, and plush texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to the creamy feel. A subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, but it remains free of any astringency or raw starchiness.
