Island Time presents as a lush, tropical escape, defined by an intensive dry-hop regimen of Strata and Motueka. This Hazy IPA offers an immediate sensory immersion into layers of ripe passion fruit and bright mojito lime. The Strata hops contribute a complex interplay of strawberry and subtle dankness, while the Motueka provides a zesty citrus lift. A soft, pillowy malt base of grainy sweetness supports the hop saturations without adding toast or caramel.
