This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant double dry-hopped profile, centered on the expressive synergy of Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic. Moving away from classic white wine notes, the Nelson Sauvin delivers a punchy tropical core of ripe passionfruit. This is complemented by the signature Mosaic contribution of succulent mango and bright, zesty citrus. The result is a saturated, juicy experience underpinned by a soft, bready malt base. Its creamy, opaque appearance and pillowy mouthfeel frame the intense fruit-forward character, leading to a smooth, low-bitterness finish that prioritizes drinkability and lush aromatics without any harshness.
Appearance. Straw to deep gold (3-7 SRM). Opaque with a persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head and high retention.
Aroma. High intensity of passionfruit, ripe mango, and tangerine citrus. Clean, bready malt in the background with no herbal or grassy notes; neutral to slightly fruity fermentation esters.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor featuring mango and passionfruit with a zesty citrus mid-palate. Low to medium-high bitterness that is soft and masked by the body. Neutral, grainy malt support with an off-dry, juicy finish.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, smooth texture. Medium carbonation. No astringency or harshness; light alcohol warmth present.
