This Hazy IPA presents an invitingly soft and fruit-driven profile, defined by an expressive blend of Bru-1, Citra, and Idaho 7 hops. Expect a vibrant sensory landscape where intense aromas of fresh pineapple from the Bru-1 lead into layers of succulent stone fruit and bright citrus. Aroma. High intensity aromatics dominated by tropical fruit. Distinctive pineapple notes are prominent, alongside peach and apricot stone fruit and bright citrus. Background notes of bready, grainy malt and subtle fruity esters from the yeast; no caramel or toast present.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma, focusing on ripe pineapple and fuzzy stone fruit. The malt provides a soft, lightly bready platform. Bitterness is low to moderate and well-integrated, never harsh. The finish is off-dry and smooth, leaving a lingering fruit impression without any lingering sharp edges.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the smooth mouthfeel. No astringency or harsh alcohol warmth; very creamy and accessible without being viscous.
