This vibrant take on a Berliner Weisse bursts with an expressive profile of fresh summer berries, creating an inviting, jewel-toned sensory experience. The profile is led by a clean, sharp lactic acidity that perfectly complements the intense, jammy berry character. Underlying this tartness is a soft, doughy malt foundation typical of the style, providing a delicate bready counterpoint to the fruit. Effervescent and exceptionally crisp, the beer offers a refreshing lightness that belies its slightly elevated strength. The finish is remarkably dry and brisk, leaving a lingering tart berry brightness that makes it an ideal, refreshing celebration of summer.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold with a distinct pink-to-reddish tint from the berry infusion. Slightly hazy clarity with a large, fizzy, white to light pink head that exhibits poor retention; highly effervescent.

Aroma. High intensity of tart summer berries, including notes of raspberry and red currant, layered over a moderately sharp lactic sourness. A light, raw bread dough wheat character is present, with no hop aroma or fermentation funk.

Mouthfeel. Light body but not watery, featuring very high carbonation that creates a prickly, refreshing sensation. The acidity is crisp and mouth-watering, with no perceptible alcohol warmth.
