I Know Pablo is a vibrant and refreshing Fruit Beer built on a bright Pale Ale foundation. The sensory experience is defined by a zesty citrus core, where the additions of fresh Lemon are amplified by the distinct lime-like character of Motueka hops and the sun-drenched orange and grapefruit notes of Amarillo. This collaboration presents a crisp, thirst-quenching profile that balances delicate biscuit malts with a vibrant, fruit-led acidity. The result is a highly sessionable ale that harmonizes tangy citrus zest with floral and tropical hop accents, culminating in a clean, dry finish that emphasizes drinkability and bright aromatics.
