This crisp German Pils presents a sophisticated balance between traditional Continental malts and classic Noble hops. The sensory journey is led by the refined, spicy and herbal qualities of Tettnang and Saaz hops, which provide a distinctive floral aromatic punch. These noble characteristics are supported by a clean, grainy-sweet malt base reminiscent of fresh dough and toasted crackers. Defined by its refreshing clarity and high attenuation, the beer delivers a snappy, bitter finish that highlights its European heritage. The interplay of clean fermentation and a firm bitterness ensures a bright, palate-cleansing experience that remains impeccably dry and drinkable.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (2–4 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Persistent, creamy white foam with excellent head retention and lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to moderately high spicy and herbal hop intensity, featuring floral notes from Tettnang and Saaz. Low grainy-sweet malt presence with hints of cracker and honey. Exceptionally clean lager fermentation profile with no esters.

Taste. Initial doughy malt sweetness is quickly overtaken by a firm hop bitterness and spicy hop flavors. Very dry and crisp finish with a lingering herbal hop note and a clean, mineral character. Excellent balance leaning toward bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation. Crisp and refreshing on the palate without harshness, astringency, or significant alcohol warmth.
