This Hazy IPA offers a vibrant sensory mission led by an intense tropical profile. Poured with a signature opaque glow, the experience is dominated by the lush addition of sweet pineapple and tart passionfruit. The hop architecture utilizes Mosaic and Simcoe to provide layers of mango, berry, and a whisper of earthy pine, while El Dorado contributes distinct notes of watermelon and stone fruit. A foundational grainy malt character provides a soft, bready platform that never interferes with the fruit-forward onslaught. The finish is remarkably smooth and juicy, showcasing a masterfully restrained bitterness that prioritizes refreshment and fruit saturation.
