Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Mexican Mole Stout, aged since summer 2022 in a blend of Buffalo Trace, Four Roses, Heaven Hill, and George Dickel barrels. Built on layers of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and warming spice, this year’s blend features a custom chili mix of Ancho, Guajillo, and lightly smoked Chipotle peppers, alongside Ceylon cinnamon, Filipino cacao nibs, and Madagascar vanilla. The result is a smooth, smoky, subtly sweet stout with a soft heat and a waffle cone finish. (This blend is without lactose, for everyone to enjoy).
