This opulent English Barleywine presents a liquid interpretation of Bananas Foster, boasting a deep mahogany hue with ruby reflections. The sensory profile is dominated by the rich, caramelized aroma of rum-flambéed bananas and the earthy depth of toasted walnuts. Aging in bourbon and VSOP cognac casks imparts sophisticated layers of charred oak, vanilla, and vinous dried fruit. On the palate, a decadent malt backbone of toffee and biscuit supports a warm dusting of cinnamon.
