Daedalus is a decadent Wild Specialty Beer crafted in the smoothie tradition, presenting a sensory experience reminiscent of an orange sherbet push-pop. High-intensity aromas of vibrant orange and ripe, tropical pineapple dominate the bouquet, softened by a pervasive undercurrent of vanilla soft-serve. The palate is defined by a lush, thick texture where the bright acidity of the citrus and pineapple provides a necessary counterpoint to the heavy, dessert-like sweetness. Appearance. Opaque and pulpy with a deep, saturated orange hue (SRM 7-9). Pours with a thick, pastel-orange head that dissipates quickly into a light collar, showing minimal lacing due to high fruit solid content.
