Built upon a light copper foundation of pale, caramel, and wheat malts, it offers a sturdy, medium-bodied backbone that balances the aggressive hop profile. Appearance. Light copper to medium amber (SRM 9–12). Clear with a persistent, medium-sized off-white head that provides excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of mango and pineapple from El Dorado, coupled with blueberry and citrus notes from Mosaic. Simcoe adds a backing layer of resinous pine and passionfruit. A low, clean maltiness with subtle hints of sweet caramel and grainy wheat supports the hop-forward profile.
