This refreshing Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer uses an award-winning Golden Ale base to showcase a savory infusion of pickle juice. The aroma opens with light, crackery malt and a distinct bouquet of fresh dill, cucumber, and a saline whisper of brine. On the palate, the subtle sweetness of the pale malts provides a clean canvas for the tangy, vinegar-led pickle character, creating a zesty and highly sessionable profile. The finish is remarkably dry and thirst-quenching, balancing the vegetable notes with a gentle hop bitterness that never competes with the star ingredient's unique, garden-fresh brightness.
Appearance. Deep gold to pale yellow (SRM 4–6) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a moderate white head that shows fair retention and leaves light lacing.
